In short, no. Gold Star Gamers welcomes any child who lost a parent of caretaker who served in the military.

Yes, all people who will have contact with kids goes through a background check, but we recommend a parent or guardian accompany kids when possible.

Games are played either virtually or in-person depending on location of the competition or camp.

However many are impacted and want to participate in GSG activities.

We do require a parent or guardian sign-off on their child participating in GSG. Feel free to send them a link
(copyable link) to our site to sign kids up.

Parents must complete the registration process for their child. All programs will have a virtual parent meeting and in-person events require the child travels with a parent or adult caretaker of choice.
