Our Commitment to Your Privacy
At Gold Star Gamers, we believe in transparency, trust, and respect—both in our mission and in how we handle your information. Whether you’re visiting our website, signing up for an event, or leaving a comment, we’re committed to protecting your personal data and using it responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to keep it secure.
By using our website, you agree to the practices described below.
WHO WE ARE
Gold Star Gamers (“GSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.
COMMENTS
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine if you use it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes visible to the public in the context of your comment.

EMBEDDED CONTENT FROM OTHER WEBSITES
Articles on this site may include embedded content (such as videos, images, or articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited those websites directly.
These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content—including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
