Gold Star Gamers was built by people who understand service, loss, and what it means to show up when it matters. Whether you want to build something, mentor someone, or just be part of a community that gets it, there’s a place for you here.

Not every impact needs to be massive. Sometimes it’s as simple as showing up. If you can give just four hours a month, you can spend time playing games with a Gold Star kid who could use consistency, connection, and someone in their corner.
You don’t need to be a top player. You don’t need to play specific games. We welcome veterans from all backgrounds and interests. What matters is reliability and being someone they can count on.
We offer:
- One-on-one mentorship
- Group sessions
All mentors are required to complete a background check and onboarding process to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

You keep full ownership of your work. No hidden terms. No rights grabs. We collaborate with you to help shape, refine, and ship your project while giving it the visibility it deserves.
We’re especially interested in projects with strong perspectives, original ideas, or stories that don’t usually get told—but if you believe in it, that’s enough to start the conversation.
